Recovering From the Ultra Marathon Simulations
i thought i'd be more achy and a little more sore after these, generally i'm not. So that's a good sign. The only area on me that had any type of like that i really noticed at all was the tops of my feet felt maybe a little bit more sore. During these last simulations, i did do a little more fuelling. I like to call it con my fat adaptation field test. And then once i'm kind of confident and confirmed tough some of those long sessions with no fuel, then i'll start bringing in some fuel for practice. Ultimately i'm going to be taking in food and in fuel and things like that.
