Are You Creating a User Persona?
Sarada: For me the concluding thought would be like spend some time to go write interview or talk to a multitude of people before we actually come up with a user persona. Mirro is a great place also to find some examples but idea idea is one of my favorite places to go and look at the latest spots around one personas and two around inclusion in personas. Big Jam that's from Figma they have some nice templates about empathy map or the customer journey map that we can use.
