How to Be a Good Friend

Many people are hesitant to put themselves out there as a friend because they don't feel like they have much to contribute. Low self-esteem, low self-worth can really get in the way if you're trying to start new friendships. So today, I'd like us to work on that a little bit so you feel more prepped before going out into the world. To begin with, just picture yourself standing in front of you. Build that image in your mind's eye for a moment when you have it there.
