Führenzato Burs for Filter Coffee

The industry consensus for a filter coffee is that you don't want two peaks. You just want one peak and most of your coffee particles hovering around the 700 micron level. Führenzato designed the burs so that when you grind it finer for espresso or when you Grind it coarse for filter the curve itself shifts from that two peak to one peak. It's also about the geometry of the burs because if they are very close to each other they work on specific parts of the grinder. But what also matters is well how does it taste?
