Supercol: I tried to divide up power exercises based off of either minimizing time on te round or trying to create as much force as possible. And i'm thinking, even if we're just doing strength work, a certain point, you're going to decelerate the bar. As you stand up, you'll accelerate the bottom, and then you'll kind of slow it down. But after thinking about weight, they are going to have to at some point explode out of these more acute angles. We should probably be training them as well.
