Coaches have to go back and say, like, do you have a plan for that? You might have the best nutrition plan. But if you forget to lube your feet and they're destroyed, three quarters of the way through a 200 mile race. This could have been completely avoided either by sock choice or by using some lubricant on your feet. That's always like, to the body anywhere. Like, that's just a good life lesson. Absolutely.
