The Differences in Bitterness Levels in All Three Beers

I am getting different hop character from each beer, but it's much more subdued than I was expecting. These are not too bitter, but they're moving in that direction for me. Yeah, they've all got a substantial, very bitter backbone to them. Not in drinkable beers. But I'm with you, I almost want to go back and do this again with the Pilsner malt just because we've had so much success in really tasting the malt, the hop character.
