People are genuinely very honest and give great feedback. One of the side benefits of this mojo ritual was we gave people got practice of giving feedback, which they hadn't had before. That story went right across the company as they do. It was a snowballing effect and it was very, very powerful. A flywheel effect. Yes, it's far better than I ever imagined. As soon as you are on the spot and everybody's looking at you saying, give me the feedback on the meeting and it's okay to say anything, because that's what we're saying. It's really bizarre.
