How to Innovate in HR

Don't worry about scalability of everything. Sometimes you just got to put it in Excel spreadsheet and grind it out. Don't try to innovate in HR. Your focus is to build a product and your innovation should be in the product. You want people who are there to do the work that helps customers. And if like dog pedicures after your second week or whatever are the thing, like you got to not do that.
