The Importance of Supplementation in Strength Training

BJJ coaches are very selfish. They aim and I think the sign of a great strength coach is, okay, we got X amount,. We're going to do as much as we can in this small window of time to put your in best position for all the other coaches. And they have different specialties within these, I'm talking Jiu Jitsu guys. So then supplementing with vitamin D, what should it be? Hopefully in the 70s and 80s or something like that. Tom mentioned krill oil as a better option for putting on muscle than fish oil. One of our block one coaches went back to get his eyes checked recently and his eyesight improved.
