The Importance of Mental Shift in Strength Training

If you can't work out today, don't back off and do part of the workout. Go home. Really recover. If you can't come in today because you have something, your shoulder hurts. Well, then let it un-hurt for a day. You're not recovering. It might be someone's effort. Someone might not be trying hard enough. There's not those two. You get good coaches and you give good programs. So what you just said is pivot like I'm talking about to where resting was better than threes. But keep telling me about it.
