Is All Sugar Natural?
I think it's quite a confusing topic. We don't really have a type of sugar that is made in a lab, like you would have for sweetness. So all sugar is natural and table sugar is made from sugar beet or sugar cane. It's interesting because when I was in Barbados on holiday last year, I think that's one of the biggest farming kind of agricultural profit for the country. And actually, probably like 150 countries around the world depend on sugar production.
