Why We Pray
When the mind wanders away, we simply return. Then, as we come towards the end of this period of practice, allowing the attention to widen around breath and opening to a sense of the whole of the body,. From the toes to the very top of the head, present, with the whole body here - nothing to fix or change or get right. So what i really want yed to do is offer some quite personal reflections on a why i practise, or why we practise em. And in my understanding this is something that it's well worth revisiting again in ain.
