I feel like in the last, at least the last year, maybe even the last two years, because i just was sewing my head about things and not really thinking about that kind of stuff. So i am going to be going more down that route again. I always notice when i have had a growth spout in the business, it's because i've not been focusing on the strategy side of being focusing on the mind set side. And for example, recording episodes like this is very quick for me to do because i don't do notes for a lot of my episodes. If i do, it takes me five minutes i record. Ah, but there doesn't have to be this fancy
