The Importance of Learning From Past Injuries
Injuries and argument with their significant other are opportunities to really take a look inside and figure out Why like why did this happen? How am I gonna get stronger from this? moving forward. Education is the biggest impact that we can have um anecdotally what I see with athletes long-term in regards to recurrent Injuries or recurrent pain experiences. You don't want to just be focused on on that end goal. You want to Deal with the with the struggle and learn from it, right?
