How to Slow Down a Sloshy Stomach

If your stomach does feel upset or your heart rate starts getting too high, one of the first things to do is back off that intensity. Don't try and force your fuel on an upset stomach. Just sip water, start taking on board those carbs once your stomach settles. Putting ice around your midsection to bring your core temperate to down toe could be a good way to start.
