Take the time to answer people's DMs or questions, especially if you're an introvert. People feel safe to ask you like a question that maybe they wouldn't coast on a feed or email. When I worked for bigger companies, I was paid to sit in their DMs and answer or their emails and get back to people. So again, people are feeling seen and taken care of because you actually give a shit about the people that want your help.
