Every time I come out of a company, I need to decompress for a while because there's a lot of danger of recency bias. The most difficult thing you can do in business is find product market fit for a new idea. And it's hard in an excruciatingly painful way. If you're they're struggling, try to find it. You're not alone. It's just very hard. Most new ideas never found product market fit. So if you find it, that's great. But the pursuit you have to be willing to go through the pursuit knowing that you might not find it today or next year.
