Are the Things That God Loves Good?

Socrates: Justice is given the gods, uh, what they are owed. Yuthafro condemns his father to death while claiming to be pious when he's doing what is ostensibly a pretty impious thing. Socrates asks if God loves good because he loves them or does he love them because they are good? All three of us are Christian and we try to color our discussion with that in mind.
