Chris: I went from 630 to 660 over the course of basically what you consider like a power lifting off season focusing on hacksquads. If I had never kind of figured out that it was my quad that was a limitation in my squat by doing some hacksquads and seeing how incredibly weak I was, then I would have a stuck for a long time just trying to improve my squat with just more weight. So we're still continuing on that conversation on about the fact that that's why people hit plateaus and weak points.
