The Crisis Text Line Is a Great Resource
Nobody will ever shame you for being the squeaky wheel that gets the grease so keep like complaining keep calling your insurance and if they do fuck them yeah right because we all have a voice and we need to use our voice. No one's going to advocate for you like you'll advocate for yourself so be loud and talk about it um but there are things you can do today like there are things that we can all do like take a shower i don't care if it's 5 p.m or 10 p.m just try to take a shower because i swear to god that can like change your whole like outlook on that day. Calling a supportive friend even if you haven't been in touch
