The squat 101 program you'll find in my book Mass Made Simple but you'll also find it in my original Goblet Squad article that I wrote in men's health before any of you ever ever heard the term Goblet Squad. Reg Park was one of the first real and I guess Steve Reeves too but to train the modern way we would now before Reg Park and Steve Reeves you probably had a lot of bodybuilders who would do a few sets of Olympic lifts and then a whole bunch, like 20 or 30 or 40 different exercises.
