There's a negative direction that is actually telling yourself, really what you don't want. And we can also use them sort of like that. I'm not breathing. We weren't saying I don't want to breathe. We do want to breathe and manage it in our habitual way. That seems to me more similar to if you sort of said to yourself, I'm not getting out of the chair or I'm not walking. But some of the same traps are there.
