A sigh is associated with either a breathing patter in disorder, when somebody's doing it frequently, or if they're feeling uncomfortable. Carbon dioxide is the primary stimulus to brat and every breath that you take has a significant influence on your breathing pattern. If we are overly sensitive to the accumulation of carbon dioxide, our breathing is that bit faster and harder. And there is a link here as well, in between our chemo sensitivity to carbon dioxide and the sensitivity of the barrow reflex That's an interesting one.
