The Relationship Between Mental Toughness and Performance

Mental toughness seems to give you an advantage. It enables you to deal better with anxiety, stress and depression. You can't perform if you don't enjoy good well being. And similarly, if you perform and you're successful, actually makes you feel better. The thing that impresses me most, and the message we try to get out, is anxiety, depression, stress is normal. Just because you're depressed, you are not a you're not a failure.
