The Role of Benzodiazepine in Anxiety Disorder Management
Is there a role for like a structured benzotaper? It sounds like you do mostly sort of symptom-triggered stuff for presumed xylazene withdrawal. You know, surprisingly, or maybe not surprisingly, they have a lot of resistance to benzodiazepines. So actually I'm ramping up doses of benzos in symptom-Triggered manner to help manage their anxiety. The combo of full agonosopioid and benzo is pretty dangerous.
