How to Request Accommodations for ADHD in the Workplace
Lenore and York, Pennsylvania have a question about mental health in the workplace. If you are going to approach your HR representative or potentially your manager and say that you do need to have an accommodation for a recent diagnosis, there will need to be medical documentation for what it is that you will require to set you up for success at work. So if you haven't approached that conversation yet, I would speak to the relevant folks in your care team and say, "I'm going to be looking to get accommodation in the workplace"
