I'm Anger at You - I Feel a Bit Angrily at You
Yem: I thought that worked really well for a few reasons. You were not trying to punish them in any way. But it's tough to do. Yem, this isn't the a framework of therapy. When this happens between two people, especially in a couple, saying to your partner, i'm angry at you can't feel from from the speaker's point of viewthis is going to be inflammatory. And it may be if you say it like that too. Another thing about this is that, like entherapy, i was tryind don't ever express your feelings. Always hide your feelings from your patients.
