We constantly need to fuel our bodies. It starts with the kids, you know, playing 20 minutes of socker and then they need their snack and their gaiter,. But it also translates to to grown ups. You go for your forty five minutes on the treadmill, then you need to replenish with a sport drink and a carbohydrate. Like how do you get that message to people? We're just giving them the facts. They're giving them the sizle. And the sizls is much more important than the facts. So i think that's one problem that we just have to get over, that sort of automatic halo of exercise equals health.
