The Importance of Recognizing Your Passion

I'm so uh super happy for all the success you've had it's been cool watching your career from afar. I talk a lot about following your passion is bad advice like you follow your specific marketable skills that can be optimally honed and then eventually you can redeem those. You know that that career capital for the things that you like whether it's autonomy or better work by balance or more money or whatever it is but yeah let's be real neither of us we're playing center in the NBA we could be a very marginalized version of it if we wanted to.
