This is really the evidence that you cannot be healthy, in my opinion, without having physical activity in your life. Your body is designed to have regular physical activity to keep it functioning correctly. So I think the other key message of this study is there are so many of these extra kins, these molecules that we know have health benefits in the body that are elevated or impacted by exercise.
