How Much Fat Do You Need to Eat Per Day?

If your heart rate is over 100, you need to get that checked out and take a look at it. I read meat, shrimp, crab, bacon, cheese, elementi twice a day for electrolytes. Twice a day and I'm adding real salt to everything, ghee and butter. It's not just the protein that they're needing. It's the other things that come with the lean meat as well. If you aim for about one gram of fat to one gram of protein in your meat, that's a good range.
