The Importance of Loading the Otherstuces
i'm a yogan teacher, and probably 15 years ago, i started spending all day barefoot. When i start adding impact, that's when my feet relly start to change. I found that 30 minute a 30 minute, very, very slow jog was giving me better effects than all day bare foot. And i'm curious if you have any thoughts on the importance of actually loading the otherstuces. You know, we got o just think logically, like wat ever, the speed designed for they wel a designful locomotion.
