Is Lactate a Good Thing?
Lactate accumulation does accelerate recovery. We can't get too much of it because you might get more lactate in, but that more lactate also then comes with more, you know, negative hormone release. But again, as we saw with Mary's back and then applied here with Neil Vanderpool, it's like, there's a sweet spot. They have smack in the middle. That's how we know it is correct because it's, it's right. Lactate the gift that keeps on giving.
