It's like, as long as the fire burnt at one point, the body tends to have that like muscle memory and the biomechanical memory of it. So as always, uplift cross-straining. Like, don't worry about your running miles so much. The more we see, the more we realize it is a weak proxy. "Embrace every single cross- straining option you got," he says.
