I just love the variety of experience that you've had over the last 20 years. It's refreshing to know that this is more than just a marketing idea, that it's a strategic driver of behavior and certainly the successful programs that operate in our markets have embraced that aggressively. And we're going to talk about a number of different sectors today, Dion. But also just to pick up, I think it's fantastic that you do describe yourself even on your LinkedIn profile as a loyalty junkie. That's probably the best piece of advice actually for anyone maybe thinking about kind of moving into the loyalty industry.
