Do You Have a Genetic Predisposition?
There are people that have predisposition towards all circadian rhythms. If you maintain consistency with that pattern, that can be very healthy. What's not healthy is when we have alternating alternating rapidly alternating changes in our circadian timing. It doesn't work as efficiently and people who do that oftentimes can feel very dysfunctional.
