The Importance of Recovery Day

So we're phasing out of testosterone being present and progesterone has made her appearance. Workout wise, you can go back to more of your like overall your body going into a hit plyometric kind of phase. Then when we hit day 19, now this, everything has to flip on its head. So that should be your vacation. That should be your recovery. For me, it's like, okay, if this is a rest day, it's a recovery day. More so than just resting. I'm not stepping foot in the gym but I am actively pursuing recovery.
