How to Find Shame
An emotion is simply a vibration in our body, and oftentimes it's connected with chemicals like dopamine or serotonin. And so we feel that vibration of emotion in a location in our body. In order to process it, it's very helpful to go find it, which sounds so weird. So I went and found shame.
