The Importance of Consistency in Restaurants
I think consistency is impossible. I mean, with labor costs and just the way restaurants operate in such a small margin to be that perfect experience every time for these fast casual style restaurants. Look, if you're paying like $400 or $500 or whatever to go to La Bernadette. You know, especially if you're a normal person like us,. Like anyone not making $300,000 a year, are you really able to do that more than once in your life?
