i like what you do, because you're exposing peop to so many different movements in different planes. And that ends up improving mechanics on the court, because you gave their nervous system more options. So when you kind of ingrain that in the nervous system, then they know how to rotate out of something that they didn't previously know. i started um doing, i'm calling it like functional parors, basely parcor, but for baswell players to learn how to land in different positions.
