I think that more equal distribution throughout the day seems to be a much better way to try and do things. Having said that, I know some evidence has suggested that from a pure weight loss perspective, that intermittent fasting can help some people where we all eat within a certain window. But if you're only eating in a three-hour window, the chances of it, your total caloric intake for the day will be a lot lower.
