Stoicism and mindfulness can be beneficial to you. Here's a practical application of the two techniques. Write down everything that is stressing you out on a piece of paper. On a scale of one to five, put like one being, i have absolutely no control over this, and five being, i can completely control this. If you end up coming up with low numbers, then maybe it's time to look into stoicism or mindfulness more seriously.
