improve food quality tends to fix a lot of issues. Get your protein in order, clean up your diet and eat better food. Figure out what kind of a base line is for calories. And then protein, total calories, fatt ind carbs, if necessary. If you want to be guided through the process, just like with training, ask questions about what's going on but don't get too bogged down by it. You can take away some stuff as long as those two things are in order.
