How Much Training Did You Do?
In year 11, i think it was, i just stopped running cause i needed to give my body a break. And am i gained quickly. Gained a lot of weight back then. How much weight did you? Danber o, probably like ten kilos. Voraa young woman, did you do zero training? Just when i was still walking, going for the odd run. I just wasn't running competitively. Ro and along with her running, i also was very obsessive about my food and the food i was taking in.
