The Importance of Durability in a Business
Permanent equity buys companies that have between three and $20 million of free cash flow. We're buying typically between 51 to 80% of the company, although we will go up to 100%. These are small to medium-sized businesses. They're in this kind of like in between awkward teenager stage of business.
