The Importance of Training Hard in the Gym

Most people are nowhere near running out of recovery because they're not training for crap in a gym. Being in the gym is great for a lot of different reasons too, it's also barometer based upon how your life is going. So if my training all of a sudden isn't going as it should, to me, that's my indicator. And I don't think there's any reason why a beginner shouldn't learn this, even though they don't need to know it and do 20 pound curls. But if they learn it right off the bat and it becomes part of their, that, that by the time they won't have that plateau, they'll slide right through it.
