Running a Marathon - One Year Out

One year out, my first tip is to identify your own personal weak links. Then come up with a plan to layer a nice, strong foundation. Number two is strength training. So you can strength train twice a week. You can do, it can be simplistic, but needs to be progressive. And that would be what we would consider.
