Medical affairs needs to take back. What is it that they're really doing? They need to feel passionate about what it is they're really trying to do. Even if it doesn't sound exactly like commercial, maybe they should need to be bold enough and say that what we actually want is a win-win. We want our products to be used in the most optimal way in the best patient profiles so that they perform the best.
