How Do You Work With People That Have No Self Awareness?

Metacognition is the sort of main tool that we use in therapy. You're kind of stepping back from your experience and observing it so you get to see it for what it is. It's by doing that that you get choices to behave or act based on other knowledge rather than maybe impulsively or just in response to your emotion. How do you work with people that have no self-awareness which I'm sure I know people like that? The less you do it the more of a monster you create because the motorway for me became this like a battlefield, he says.
